Registration proceduresYou can register using an online accessible by the “visitor registration” link on this page. After 13 October 2017 delegates are asked to register on-site in Prague. Please note that on-site registrations cannot be guaranteed as conference places are limited. Included in the fee:

Visa informationInternational attendees who will need to obtain a visa for visiting Prague need to contact the Czech Republic embassy or consulate to determine where and how to apply. RadTech Europe has no influence over the issuance of visas.
Hotel reservations – special RTE rate via hotel booking link
Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference fees. RTE has arranged a special hotel room rate for its participants. Delegates may reserve their own hotel room(s) via a special hotel link.
Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received up to 4 weeks before the event. A refund of 50% of the fee will be given if cancellation is received later, but no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Delegates who cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the event or fail to attend without notifying the RTE Secretariat will be liable for the whole fee. In all cases postmark shall apply. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be made in writing and will be confirmed by the RTE Secretariat. Any fee regunded will be paid after the event.
